Fantastic Customer Service Yesterday I took my 2013 Honda CR-V to Honda of Serramonte for an oil change and tire rotation. It was my first visit to this place, and it won't be t Yesterday I took my 2013 Honda CR-V to Honda of Serramonte for an oil change and tire rotation. It was my first visit to this place, and it won't be the last. From the get-go the employees were welcoming and gave off a vibe of genuinely wanting to help. Xavier Contreras gave me a very accurate estimate for how long the work would take. I appreciated that when the work was done Xavier gave two additional maintenance suggestions for my CR-V. Yet I did not feel pressured to get the work done instantly as Xavier recommended I do the additional work during my next oil change. Honda of Serramonte did a complimentary Multi-Point Inspection in which they re-filled my windshield wiper fluid reservoir at no extra charge. And Xavier honored a $10 off coupon that I found on the company's website. And to top it off, they gave my vehicle a free wash, and didn't make a big deal out of it. In my opinion it's the small touches such as the re-filling of my windshield wiper fluid and car wash that can keep customers returning. Keep up the dang good work Honda Of Serramonte! More

Ling and Ela were wonderful to work with as usual. We bought another new car last year and we were very happy with these girls. Ling was great by helping us then and now with a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, the general manager named Patrick was questioning Ling about taking over the sale when -according to him,- our salesman was supposed to be Thomas who we don’t know and never asked for either. When we made the appointment online I never asked for Thomas but when they called me 5 times before arriving, we specified to work with Ling. When we arrived to the dealership we asked to work with Ling and Ela again and all the people were giving us vague answers. We finally got to work with her when she arrived shortly after. Later I found out that Patrick was questioning Ling about her integrity by pushing herself into my transaction which is absolutely not true, we ASKED and WANTED to work with Ling. Knowing that the general manager treats their great employees like this and his complete lack of professionalism gives me a very bad taste. I am not sure if I would ever go back there to buy my next new car. Customers should choose who they want to work with and not be imposed on.. I really hope Ling and Ela got their commission for my purchase as Patrick was threatened not to give them anything. More
