After the sale, pretty much all communication stopped. I never got copies of my warranties and they lost some of my paperwork. I have had to get new brakes and new tires on a $31,000 car! The 2 front tires never got copies of my warranties and they lost some of my paperwork. I have had to get new brakes and new tires on a $31,000 car! The 2 front tires were different than the 2 back tires and all had to be replaced. Not a good experience - and Sonic, the parent company is just as bad. Buyer beware! More
