The guy that help me out on my service is awesome .. the only thing that concern me is the waiting on my car before helping me. Service advisor is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating although it’s quite busy Saturday and I came on emergency recall with no appointment. The only suggestion i have: when the car was ready I didn’t get a text, hopefully there’ll a notification on text from the shop. Last service I also didn’t get any text notification telling the us the car is ready to be picked up. It’d be great to have rather than guessing “oh I think it may be ready now after some hours”.
