I recently purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Beetle from this dealership, to replace my wife's 23 year-old Beetle which had been destroyed in an accident. I was pleased to find the car, but after the purch this dealership, to replace my wife's 23 year-old Beetle which had been destroyed in an accident. I was pleased to find the car, but after the purchase I discovered that not only was one of the ignition keys missing, but also the owner's manual, the jack and all the tools in the trunk, and the floor mats! I think that it is unconscionable to sell a vehicle without disclosing that these critical and essential items are missing. It is costing me around $500.00 to replace these items. I would like to hear what the dealer has to say about my having to purchase these critical items independently, which frankly has destroyed any credibility in this dealership's sales practices. More
