They showed me the prices from honda website but then mentioned that the mirror is not available on my model. Good right? No! They didnt change the price. They pull this trick at the last moment So yes, bait and switch is their play. Straight up liars and scamsters More

Took too long for purchase contract. I was left sitting for over 40mins. I left, and the salesman called me maybe 25mins after I left asking where I went. The salesman delivered the car to my home with the promise of emailing & mailing the purchase contract to me. It's been almost 2mos, and I have yet to receive the purchase contract. I texted the salesman and asked him to help me obtain the purchase contract. He stated he would look into and get back to me. He still hasn't gotten back to me, and I have not received the paperwork. The terms of the contract are correct, as the finance company has the APR listed as what was promised to me, but this was not a great experience. I will not recommend this dealership, as they have poor customer service and follow-up. More
