Not really positive. We drove 1 1/2 hrs to buy a car. They offered a fraction of what Carmax did for our trade-in. The check engine light came on during the test drive. They couldn't sell us the car at that moment. They said they would have their mechanics look at the problem on Monday and give us a call. Sunday my wife received an email from the sales person stating someone else was looking at the car, is there another we would be interested in? She reminded him about the check engine light, which he had confirmed with the finance manager when we were there. He seemed to forget our conversation and the fact we were already commited to buying the car he said someone else was interested in. Clearly he forgot we were supposed to received a call about the light on Monday so we could proceed with the sale. As a result we told them we no longer wanted to do business with them. We found a car we liked better through Carmax. They gave us $3,600 more for a our trad-in and the process was super easy. Thank the universe for the check engine light coming on. More
