I bought a 2025 Civic Hybrid through the CostcoAuto program and they were the approved dealer. Excellent folks, I had a great experience. Everything went well which was not what I was expecting. Serramonte personnel a lot more friendly or,personable than the SF ACURA peeps! although I only went 1 X . The greeter is personable but upstairs - not all staff members personable but knowledgeable . Pr than the SF ACURA peeps! although I only went 1 X . Disappointed manager didn’t t give me more a discount knowing I paid for warranty and tires protection and CASH. Service dept courteous as I requested the CD is stuck inside player. CD is still inside.. The eject button not working😟 More
