My accounts at the three credit report agencies are frozen because I had two breaches with companies that I deal with. Considering that I’ve been a long time customer and always paid with cash, I assumed that there would be no problem. Unfortunately, there was. They would not accept my check, I was forced to go to a bank just before closing to get a cashiers check. That’s my first complaint. When I went through the final process of delivering the check, the gentleman who handled it had no way about him. He handed me papers without explaining what they were and asked me to sign here and initial there , I could’ve been signing my life away. He seemed to be in a big rush to get rid of me. I did not appreciate this treatment so in the future, I may consider going to a different dealership. More
