We purchased an Accord from Ela at this dealership about 5 years ago and returned, because of her excellent customer service, when we needed to replace our other car. Once again, Ela Garon proved to be a "low-key", extremely knowledgeable salesperson. When we decided on the car that we wanted (a CR-V Touring hybrid this time), she found it quickly. At delivery, she did a great job explaining all the new features. We're very happy with the new vehicle and will return to Honda of Serramonte (and to Ela) when the Accord needs to be replaced (although that will probably take a while).
