Thomas sold me a used, certified Honda CRV. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I would highly recommend working with them both. However, Thomas's manager was a horrible example of everything that's wrong with a car dealership - and more. It was memorial day, so banks were closed and I could not get a cashier's check. I offered a non-refundable deposit via credit card and he said no, that all he could do was a loan application to hold the car. When I said no b/c it would bring down my credit score and why would I do that when I'm buying a car all cash, he said "but we won't actually do the loan, just get approval" -- total gaslighting by not addressing my real question. I finally got him to admit that it would bring my credit down and that was absurd to hold it for less than 24 hours. He was annoyed and said, "well, it's first come, first serve here, so we won't hold it." He was equally as annoyed and borderline nasty when I asked simple, reasonable questions, such as what the $100K service would cost b/c the car mileage was close to that. I also remarked that the brakes and tires, while at acceptable levels to sell, would likely need attention soon. He was condescending and rude, arguing that only "rich people" would pay to replace brakes at the level they were at. When I asked if I could do a cashier's check for the bulk of the transaction and charge a small mount ($5K), Thomas's manager said they'd need to run my credit. What?? It's an Amex Platinum card - why do they need to run my credit, for any credit card? It's already guaranteed by the credit-issuing bank. Absurd. Thomas's manager is a bully and I plan to report him. So if you go to this deal to buy a car, go with Thomas but refuse to work with his manager. In the end that's what I did. More

Glad I did because we discovered the car does not have a spare tire. I asked questions on the options about a spare which she answered. She gave us the numbers to purchase the car as well as the cost to add body side molding. We purchased the car and she showed me detailed things within the car and set up my phone to the car. Matt did the finance portion and showed us the alarm option and service options available. Did not feel pressure from either. I felt like they give you the facts and options and left it to us to make the decision. Good experience. More

Super low-pressure sales let me take my time and find the right car for me. No pushy upsells until the last minute when they try to get you to buy extended warranties, etc. But overall, a good experience for right car for me. Jerald was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly every step of the way. One of the parts—the seatbelt buckle—had a long delay, but Jerald kept me updated and apologized several times for the wait. I understand that this part can often take time to replace, and I truly appreciated his honesty and empathy throughout the process. Now, I feel completely safe in my 2005 Honda Pilot knowing it was properly diagnosed and serviced. Thank you, Jerald, for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for reliable and excellent care! More
