They even refunded amount post new vehicle registration based on actual dmv fees which was pleasant surprise. I just leased my third Honda from Honda of Seattle, a 2025 Civic Hybrid. I keep returning to them because of their excellent sales and service staff. This is the second time I was helped by Chris Berg ( 2025 Civic Hybrid. I keep returning to them because of their excellent sales and service staff. This is the second time I was helped by Chris Berg (CJ) who I find to be the epitome of a great salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and very good at explaining things that a non-car person like me should know in order to get exactly what they need. Further, with Chris you are not just a onetime sale, This last time he worked with me for six months until the Honda I wanted was manufactured, keeping me posted of progress every step of the way and even got it delivered about a week earlier than expected. He is very patient and there is absolutely no pressure in the leasing process at all. All of the office financing staff are equally nice, patient and knowledgeable about the whole process of leasing a car. It's a reassuring process all the way through. Everyone knows that Hondas are great cars but not every Honda dealership demonstrates the commitment to customer service that Honda of Seattle does. I highly recommend Honda of Seattle to any and all. You can really trust everyone you encounter there More
I walked into Honda of Seattle nervous to buy my very first car, but it was an extremely positive experience. I was helped by a salesman named Timur and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Brandon in financial was very straightforward and informative. There were no extra add on's that were being pushed, and Timur was able to help me find a better vehicle that fit my needs and budget than what i had originally come in for. All staff i interacted with that day were very personable and comforting. I will for sure do my services at Honda of Seattle and when the time comes (hopefully a few decades down he road) buy my next vehicle there. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from the folks at Honda of Seattle and cannot speak highly enough of their team, and in particular my salesman, Nariman. Throughout the process, he was helpful and highly informed on both the vehicle and it's history. He was upfront and honest about the car (often hard to find when buying used), and was great about working around my work schedule and tight lunch breaks to make the purchase. When he found one of my kid's toys in my trade-in, he was quick to make sure it got back to me. I was grateful for their up-front pricing and flexibility on the trade-in value on my vehicle. Everyone, down to the front desk staff and finance officer (Justin?) where fantastic to work with. Their full-inspection report and candor left me feeling happy and confident in my new (used) purchase. More
For 4 years I've taken my car here and each time has been horrible. I only took it here because I made the mistake of buying a maintenance agreement. Way too many problems to list. multiple times they've tried to charge me for work that was covered under maintenance and warranty coverage. I had to dispute it and they came back with oopsie that's covered. they also tried to say that something was under warranty but I would have to pay for the alignment due to the warranty fix. yet another , oh looks like thats covered. appointment times mean nothing. I told the person on the phone why I was bringing it in. I walked in at my appt and was told they would need it all day.tell people that when they make the appt. takes hours just to do an oil change on a scheduled appt. after blatantly lying about warranty coverage I asked if it was safe to drive my car so I could possibly check with a reputable mechanic and they said they had no way to know if it was safe to drive. they wouldn't tell me if my car was still taken apart. guess where I had to get my car fixed? had the car in for maintenance and then a couple months later major repairs and more maintenance is needed. they didn't say the other maintenance work was needed. another 8 hours sitting in their lobby. 30k miles on a honda bought and maintained by seattle Honda is falling apart. There is zero trust in their absolutely shady service dept More
