While waiting for replacing battery, Halim chatted with me. I got a lot of valuable advise on my next car. He went on showed me several options. I were so impressed by his honesty and depth knowledge. Especially how much he knows about Prius which even not a Honda car. After test drives, I chose one preowned Prius to negotiate price. service is terrible Service department George and Patrick forgot they had my car. This is the third time this has happened. I live 1 1/2hours awa. I have to keep calling and was told my car is not there I have a locator in my car. I ran the program and it said my car was in Georgia. It gave me the address. Called the cops there and yes it was there. Dealer doesn’t know anything. I reminded them I had a loner vehicle and now they r trying to figure stuff out. They call back. Told me when to pick up my car. It they never fixed it. 2 years later still have problems same run around. Don’t go there. i also talked to skip, the general mgr. he chose not to help with the situation. he just contacted me and says he has no record of me. i bought my car new in 2008, had my service done there, recalls, the last time when i had a real problem it took me a 1 1/2 for them to find the problem. which i told them the problem but george argued with me saying honas don't need a valve adjustment. which usually is true except the fit. all he had to do is google it and or go on you tube like i did. i also gave them a copy of the diagnotic print out i had. patrick told me cars don't have spark plugs and wires anymore. i could go on. but after over 2 weeks i finally got my car back. this time i started making calls on june 7th when i had another alert on my HUM reader when it was driving ruff. but george is still saying the don't have a loner car and he will call. i have been calling 3 times a week. i ask for him on the phone because he told my to . yesterday jason told me he's too busy to take calls because he runs the service department. calling directly to honda. and going back to american cars.it's around trip of 5 hours to the nearest honda dealership for me. karen More

Car broke 5 plus hours from home. Traveling for business. Had MAJOR car trouble. Got me in quickly. Diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly and got me back on the road. Worst experience ever! I bought a 2015 crv 3 months ago. I called service and told them it had a terrible gas smell. They told me to bring it in but that my warranty had e I bought a 2015 crv 3 months ago. I called service and told them it had a terrible gas smell. They told me to bring it in but that my warranty had expired a week earlier so that whatever the problem was I would be 100 percent responsible for the cost. Plus they said They could not give me a loner vehicle. I decided a vehicle that is only 90 days old and already giving me problems with scary. So I went to a different dealer and traded it in for a different vehicle. Turns out the smell was because there was no oil cap on oil and the engine was covered in oil. A vehicle so new I had never even opened the hood so I obviously bought it like this. I will never buy Honda again! More
