I needed to pair my new phone to my car. I am not a tech person do I perceived this as a difficult task. He also showed me some phone-related features that I was not aware of. Then he had me make a phone call using these new features. He really made me learn by actually doing. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone buying a car because he actually cares about the buyer. More

Bev in service was great. Bev helped me out right away to get the Takata airbag recall and shift interlock recall on my 2004 Odyssey done the same day. I set an appointment the week prior (cant remember who i spoke with) and didn't end up in the system somehow so when I showed up with my van it was all from scratch. She arranged a ride for me with Ron in the shuttle so I could get to work on time. They performed repairs properly, cleared my SRS light that came on that day out of nowhere, and picked me back up at the end of my shift to get my van. Super satisfied with my visit and recommend Beverly Hudson to help you get anything done on your car! More

We love Honda but not Wilde! More

Same old same old Patrick waited on me for an oil change & tire rotation. It took 2 hours to do. He informed me I had given a bad review last time. I drove my car home. I noticed that the tire pressure indicator was on. This is the same issue I had last time you rotated my tires. I assume since you are a Honda dealer, your staff is trained in how to add air & reset the indicator. I will need to go elsewhere to get this done. I am most unhappy with this situation. I am not sure I will return for service. More
