Best service center I've been taking my car to wilde Honda since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. Wilde Honda does an exceptional job, they always have service coupons and deals, they are honest and always wash and vacuum your car as well. Their customer service representative are knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Even when I asked if they did a service that they didn't offer they referred me to a company they work regularly with and even printed out the info with reviews for me. They always go an extra mile. Since I live a bit far whenever I needed a service that took a bit longer they always offered me a loaner car to take so I didn't have to sit around and wait. More

Yesterday my wife dropped off her Civic. Both front electric windows were stuck down. They kindly gave her a loaner with no gas in the tank. Reluctantly a service person took it two blocks to put some electric windows were stuck down. They kindly gave her a loaner with no gas in the tank. Reluctantly a service person took it two blocks to put some gas in it for her which took a half hour. Upon picking up her fixed car today she found out that her seats are soaking wet. So they left the car outside last night and it rained this morning. Nice. She called the dealership back and they did nothing. Terrible customer service and they treat your car poorly when you are paying for it to be worked on. We will not purchase nor service our vehicles there again. More
I had the privledge of receiving exceptional customer service from a young lady named Kelly Taylor when I inquired about a service appointment on Saturday, February 02, 2013. I called the Wilde dealershi service from a young lady named Kelly Taylor when I inquired about a service appointment on Saturday, February 02, 2013. I called the Wilde dealership hoping that an appointment would be available last minute - it was not - but the way Ms. Taylor approached my request was exceptional. She nicely and politely indicated that there were no available appointments "that day" but offered a future date - and would I want to be notified of any last minute cancellations - all in an effort to statisfy my original request. I provided a Yes answer to the last minute cancellation request and she verified my phone number. Two hours later Kelly had called back - offering a same day appointment that fit my schedule. Wow - Kelly actually cared and her follow-up and sincere demeanor made my day! When I arrived at the dealership I sought out Sales Professional Jeannie Stathas to tell her of my experience. Jeannie leased me the current Honda I drive and my trust in her business ethics are at pinnacle levels. Jeannie took the time and opportunity to introduce me to Kelly so that I could express my Thanks personally. I also received wonderful treatment from Service Advisors Guy and Gary. My encouragement to Wilde Honda ownership - please take the time to personally acknowledge Kelly Taylor for her professional attitude and approach to customers. The encouragement is not to acknowledge her via phone call or letter - but by approaching her in person and letting her know how important she is to your business. Her influence on customers will bring you new business as well as retaining existing customers. My thanks to Jeannie - another sincere professional that has such a positive impact on your business. I am a big believer in accountability - from the bottom to the top - but also from the top back to the bottom. I am new to the Sarasota area coming from Ft. Myers and I must say the experience I have encountered at Wilde Honda on Tamiami Trail in Sarasota has and continues to be excellent. Our family are Honda lovers and have owned/leased 3 Honda Civics, 2 Honda Accords, and 2 Honda CRV's!! department is a pleasure to do business with. Our family are Honda lovers and have owned/leased 3 Honda Civics, 2 Honda Accords, and 2 Honda CRV's!! In the service department, George Cermack took care of my Accord and CRV. He was professional, pleasant, thorough and very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the oil changed in both cars and I did not have a long wait, my cars were clean afterwards and George was friendly and helpful. I will come back and ask for him again. I brought the 2010 Accord in to have scratches removed (it is black, and shows scratches), I asked for George Cermack and he took such good care of my car, it now looks brand new again, no scratches on it at all. Thank you Wilde Honda and thank you George!! More
