Greg Bowers immediately offered to help, and he had my iPhone connected and working in a matter of minutes. He also showed and explained to me how to use several related features that I was not even aware of. Including regularly scheduled oil changes and other maintenance services, as well as the purchase of my current car, I've done business with Wilde Honda since 2011. I've never been disappointed with the service and cooperation I've received from Wilde's staff. Today was no exception. Greg, thanks again for all your help! More

SELLING MY OFF-LEASE 2014 Honda CRV Well, quite simply, my recent transaction with Wilde Honda, and in particular, with Carolyn Gill, couldn't have been any smoother or more satisfying. Well, quite simply, my recent transaction with Wilde Honda, and in particular, with Carolyn Gill, couldn't have been any smoother or more satisfying. I was greeted by a gentleman as I entered the dealership and he escorted me to the receptionist who, in turn, notified Carolyn Gill, the used car purchasing person of my presence. In the wink of an eye, Carolyn appeared and we got the ball rolling for the purchase from me of my 2014 Honda CRV. The initial interview was swift, the appraisal timely, and the offer.... well, the offer was MORE than fair!! From soup to nuts, the entire affair took perhaps 90-minutes and I was delighted to walk out of the dealership with a check in my pocket and no CRV. xxxx, I even had to take Uber home to Palmetto since my former CRV was now the property of Wilde Honda. All-in-all, a perfect transaction and I will definitely visit Wilde Honda when it's time for a new car! Thanks for everything, Carolyn! JRL More

I had been having a problem with the bluetooth system in the car not announcing the name of the person calling , just the number. Some kind of bug in the software. This happened no matter what the setting said. I tried many things to try and fix this but nothing worked. Reinstalling the phone book uninstalling the “hands free link etc. I called Honda support looked on the internet but was unsuccessful Honda support was aware of this but didn’t have a fix for the problem.. While the car was being serviced, I spoke with Yani. I had spoken to her in the past but she could not figure it out either. But today, while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, she went out into the lot and got an identical vehicle and began using her own phone to figure this out. Well after at least 30 minutes she came into the waiting room and told me she had finally figured it out. After months of frustration it finally works. I can’t say enough about this young lady. She took the initiative to fix this when no-one else at the dealership or Honda support could do it. She is a valued employee and really cares about the customer. More

Slipping over the last few years. Took our CRV in recently for routine maintenance. Had appointment. An hour and a half with car wash....the car wash being the longest wait. Took in a friend who was leaning toward buying a RAV, thinking she would be happier with a CRV. Sales person (female) was trying to take care of two customers at once and seemed distracted, confused, kept us waiting twice, then brought is a surly finance guy. Experience was not good, as in everyone was too busy to sit down and give our friend a warm, welcome, personalized experience. I was there and witnessed it all. I was embarrassed since I recommended the place. We got up and left and went and bought the RAV. Next time, we'll do the same. The Toyota place was radically better in the customer experience. More
