Although Joseph was pleasant, he advised that I have a brake fluid and transmission flush. I examined the fluid and it looked clear. Also I looked in my owners manual and it gave no indication of replacem brake fluid and transmission flush. I examined the fluid and it looked clear. I have not been impressed with Sarasota Honda. We purchased the Pilot in March - Patrick was awesome, but apparently he is no longer there. The other "managers" were aggressive - not impressed. I bought my car in for a detail and to collect rubber mats(which was promised from the sale in March). I dropped the car at 7.30. I was told it would be ready around 2. At 3 I called as I had heard nothing. I arrived at 4, finally picked the car up around 5.30. Not impressed again. I still don't have the mats. You almost feel like you are an inconvenience for asking questions and showing up. More
