Thank You Brenda!...I was shopping for a used car on-line. I contacted several dealers who had the car I was looking for. I asked them to provide their best price so I could narow the field. I requested this all be done via email and to provided the offer price in the OTD format so I could easily compare the deals. Brenda Jayne at Wilde Honda replied with the best offer of the group and she did it exactly as I asked not to mention she respond very quiclkly. I able to qucikly make my decision and made arrangements to go to Wilde to test drive the car. Brenda was extremely accommodating and I purchased the vehicle that afternoon. No pressure, No gimmicks, all through email - Wow! They were even able to get me a lower interest rate on my loan (I was preapproved by my bank). The car is everything she said it would be and more. They even fixed a small ding in the bumper at no charge and gave me loaner car for the day while they worked on it - also free of charge. I have never had this type of outstanding customer service and value at any other dealer. I will absolutely go back for my future car needs. Great job Wilde! More
I would like to start with Mark Dickerson. I have for many years now had both my Honda Odysey and my wifes Honda CRV serviced at this dealership. Both of these cars were purched at a Honda Dealer in Syracuse, NY. I always felt the service I got in SYracuse was great. The service I get here in Sarasota at Wild Honda is fantastic. I always try to sign in with Mark Dickerson. He is friendly and tells it like it is. Mark makes me feel special and has on several occasions helped me with questions and service issues I had. A week or so ago my wife and I decided to replace our 2006 Honda Odysey. . You see over the past 25 - 30 years I have owned 7 Hondas. I met Larry Briden and after comparing his figures with those of other dealerships here in the Sarasota area it was a no brainer that this was the place I wanted to buy a new Honday Odysey (touring). Larry made both my wife and I feel welcome. He talked very highly about the people he works with and how many years a lot of them have working for Honda. Larry does a fantastic job and Honda is very lucky to have such a fine sales person working for you at your dealership here in Sarasota. More

I had a need to quickly take the equity out of my 2006 Odyssey… which they purchased, wrote me check and put me into a brand new lea happy customer. The only person you should ever purchase a vehicle from is Michael M. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful and pays attention to detail. It's almost as if he's the one picking out the car with you, telling you the pros/cons and facts. Not only did he go over-and-beyond in making our car-buying experience very easy, but he also made our used car seem BRAND NEW. He scrubbed a kool-aid spot out of the floor, a stain out of the seatbelt, and the dealership repainted a blemish to my satisfaction. There are other little 'easy fixes' he made to the car to seem more brand new to us that we never expected any salesperson to do. Michael made sure to have a SUPER detail job done on the car before he called us to pick it up - if it wasn't to his high standards, it wasn't done. You would think that Michael was done & we were finished since we purchased our car 2m ago. Due to Michael's thoroughness and thoughtfulness, he followed up w/me to see if I had received the owner's manual from them (since it was missing), which I hadn't yet. So he is now making sure I get that, which I totally forgot about & he didn't. More
