I used Wilde for all the service on my car and every single time I was there both Michael and Joe would come over and chat. I had service done while on vacation in 2 other states. Ran into a little problem with the maintenance warranty I had and got on the phone. Joe and Michael immediately handled it for me. So 2 years AFTER the sale it was a no brainer who I was going to go see when I wanted to trade my car in. Again, beyond helpful and very attentive. Buying a car for my son Decided to buy a semi used vehicle for my son. Looked at many web pages with plenty of ads to interrupt the buying experience. Looked at Honda Wilde and the site was clean and I was able to look at the two vehicles that fit my description. Made the 45 mile drive to the dealership where I met Michael Malmsbury. Michael was helpful in explaining the car's features. I explained that I wasn't going to make a purchase at that time and he made sure to let me know that he'd be there when we were ready. Came back a few days later and worked the deal. The car has been great and we're very happy with our purchase. Michael has done a good deal of follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Only change I would make is not to make your customers wait so long to get to the paperwork portion. We will be back for our next purchase. More

We told him what we wanted to spend and what we wanted to purchase and he took care of the rest. We went to other dealers and it was a back and forth process about 5 times. We have purchased many cars in the last 60 or so years and this was one of the best. Edwardo listens and does what the paying customer wants. He knew everything about the car and could answer any question (with the correct answer) that was asked. They did not have the car we wanted but it was delivered in a very speedy fashion. More

In our quests, we have encountered all sorts of sales people's personalities and approaches - but none like Michael. After really listening to what we wanted, Michael sat us down behind a computer and let US peruse the list of cars on the lot without any fuss and interruption. That was a refreshingly new approach. As we were completing our list, Michael returned; telling us a used CRV had just been traded in and asked if we wanted to take a look. So, long-story-short, that was THE car. Michael worked with us through every nuance of this transaction - from painless price negotiating, to cleaning and detailing the car, to providing a loaner for the week while the paint was touched-up, to balloons and a public Happy Birthday shout-out to everyone on the sales floor for my daughter when the car was purchased.
