I just purchased my 4th Honda Accord coupe since 1999, all of which were bought from Wilde Honda in Sarasota, FL. There's a reason for that: customer service second to none, starting with my primary sales representative, Larry Briden. What a gem! He's knowledgeable, caring, non-pushy, and he knows exactly what kind of car I want. He has sold all four cars to me, and has delivered three of the four. However, he was out of the office and could not deliver my most recent Honda. So he handed over the duties to the more-than-capable Mike Malmsbury, who walked me through all the latest features on the Accord, including personally programming my cellphone to the newly-standard Bluetooth feature. (Thank you, Mike!) As Larry had done so many times before, Mike patiently answered all of my questions regarding my new car. I would be remiss for not also mentioning Lon Vickery, the "finance guy", who was more than patient as he printed and explained each and every form I was required to sign. And last but by no means least, I have to give a shout-out to the guys in Service, most notably Mark Dickerson and Guy Worcester, both of whom have played a key role in making me a repeat customer. Every time I've brought my car (whichever car!) in for service, they have treated me kindly and with respect, and have gotten me on my way as quickly as possible. If someone is thinking about buying a car, I would highly recommend a Honda based on my own experience. And if someone is buying a Honda in SW Florida, the only dealership that should be consider is Wilde Honda in Sarasota. More

There are other Honda dealerships a lot closer to our home but we always return to Wilde because of the way Larry Briden treats us. Thanks Wilde Honda, we love our 2011 van and our 2010 accord !!!! When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Bill Flournoy and that was the beginning of a very pleasant experience. Bill is very knowledgeable about Hondas and could answer any of my questions -- t Flournoy and that was the beginning of a very pleasant experience. Bill is very knowledgeable about Hondas and could answer any of my questions -- this was a first time purchase of a Honda for me. Bill was on top of everything constantly and was ready to answer these questions and give advice which I was open to receiving. He spent a lot of time with me and went out of his way with suggestions to meet my requirements. I also spoke with Ronnie and he made offers which enabled me to make my decision and I rode home in a new CRV EXL which I love. Gregg took care of the business part of it and I thank all three gentlemen for all of their efforts and made this a most pleasant purchase. They are truly valued employees and stand ready to help their customers in any way possible. I would definitely recommend Wilde Honda to any one looking for a new car, and will do so. More

After driving my '04 Honda Odyssey for the past 6 years, and putting on a lot of miles, going to visit children and grandchildren up north,(15 in all,) I decided it was time to look at the 2010 Odyssey. the and putting on a lot of miles, going to visit children and grandchildren up north,(15 in all,) I decided it was time to look at the 2010 Odyssey. the new model had some features that I was intrigued by. Substantial extra storage, rear camera which projects into mirror, more comfortable seating, a 3rd seat in the 2d row making it an 8 passenger vehicle, etc.. Michael Malmsbury, my sales representative, made it possible. At first, I didn't think that I could make the deal that i could afford. But Michael went to bat for me and made it happen. This is my 3rd purchase of an auto from Wilde, and the 2d from Wilde Honda. I have owned many automobiles for over the past 55 years. This dealership is the best that I have ever experienced. When we travel on the highways, we like the way you sit up with such a commanding view of the road. Some other makes of vans seem to be all over the road. But the Odyssey is solid and holds the road best. Michael Malmsbury, took the time to explain all the new improvements made by Honda. I was real pleased with the way he worked with me. After I decided to go ahead with the purchase, I chose a color that was not in stock. Michael said he would find me one. He did.
