Most of our contact was thru email since we were out of town when we first inquired about our purchase. She was responsive and answered all our questions and even gave us some answers to questions we had not even thought of. After coming in, it was a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in the door. Bob was friendly and patient as we talked final pricing and Stephen was determined to get us the best rate he could with the financing. And at closing Steve and Kim could not have made it any easier. Steve made us feel comfortable and fun as we signed all the needed paper work. Then it all ended with the turn over of the keys and the last person that helped us and was most important -- Yanaina was so friendly and patient with us as she explained and gave us a complete hands on demonstration of all the technical and electronic devices in the Ridgeline. She even sync our phones for us and helped us with how to enter and save phone numbers and operate hands free. Yanaina gave us the ease to drive away safely with our New Honda Ridgeline!
