Best experience ever! From the first call to driving off the lot in my dream vehicle I felt well taken care of. Michael called me from the vehicle to go over my list of specifications as I live 2 hours away. When I had to go and couldn't finish the call he texted me the rest of the information needed. He put my mind to ease on so many levels. To make sure it wasn't sold he was kind enough to hold the vehicle till I could make it to the lot the next day. I made the visit with just myself and my 5 year old. Michael took plenty of time to go over all the features of the vehicle and to answer any questions I had. When going over prices they had a great area for my son to play in and watch cartoons. Michael even got us lunch! Michael made sure to find out what I was comfortable paying and the rate I wanted to be out then worked hard with Joe to get me there. I never once felt rushed or confused about anything. Great Customer Experience Many thanks to Austin Murphy and Steve Himmel for making sure we had a good car buying experience. Austin met us at the door as we were walking in, and when we told him we knew which car we wanted to look at, he was quick to get it pulled around for us. He encouraged us to take our time and look everything over. He was very knowledgeable about this car, even though it was from a different brand than his dealership, and was able to help us figure out how everything worked very quickly. He then took us on a very complete test dive route, a main three lane road, over railroad tracks, some curves, stop signs, and a rough surface back road, that let us get a very good feel for the car. When we asked to take it to our mechanic to have it checked over, he was quick to oblige us, making sure we knew that they wanted us to be comfortable with purchasing this car. They were quick to meet us at a price we were very happy with, with no fuss or back and forth. At the very end Steve made the paperwork an easy to understand and painless process. Fantastic Experience with the Type-R and Wilde of Sarasota! To preface, I bought the new 2017 Type-R from Wilde Honda of Sarasota. This experience was as smooth as you can get from a dealer. I had called dealers all over the state on this car and Wilde seemed the most genuine about the process and were honest with me from the start. This is a car that some dealers are trying to price gouge people on, but Wilde was nothing but upstanding in this regard. I was not force-fed additional markup or anything of the sort. Everything was spelled out and honest. I originally worked with Bob to start the process and he was absolutely awesome to work with! Always to the point, never beating around the bush like most dealer managers might do (from prior experience at least). Halim was my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic as well. He catered to whatever I needed during the sale process and was extremely kind - answering any questions I had at the time and getting everything right with the car. I had the pleasure of working with Joe for the finance section, and he was equally as honest and helpful! They were all very patient with me and I never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process. Everything went smoothly and I was out with my new car after trade in with no problems at all. The car itself came in amazing condition and was roped off for me in the showroom upon arrival. It had low mileage and still had the wrapping on the seats as I requested. They even gave me a couple of the Type-R brochures and the poster to go with the first Type-R they sold there!
