Jeannie Stathas was wonderful in explaining everything to me, driving with me, encouraging me, and in general streamlining the whole process so as to best suit my needs. I would like to name also as being most helpful this time or in the past, David (Jeannie's assistant,) R.G. Stathas, Greg Cox, Joe Doyle, service advisors Jeff, Guy, Nita, and Julia. HONDA DEALER SERVICE CHEAPER THAN INDEPENDENT SHOPS Recently we needed to replace the tires and brakes on our 2002 Honda Accord EX (that we purchased new from Wilde/Sun Honda ) After price shopping arou Recently we needed to replace the tires and brakes on our 2002 Honda Accord EX (that we purchased new from Wilde/Sun Honda ) After price shopping around town with independent shops for both tires and brakes just for the heck of it I called Wilde Honda and spoke to Patrick Southard. I was pleasantly surprised when he promptly called me back with a price quote based on special discounts that was Several Hundred dollars less than my best independent quotes ! Our 2002 Honda Accord (with 154,400 miles on it ) now feels like a new car running on Yokohama Avid Ascent tires recommended by Patrick Southard. In closing all I would say is next time your Honda needs service give your Honda dealer a call and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised like us. Thank you ..
