Yesterday my wife dropped off her Civic. Both front electric windows were stuck down. They kindly gave her a loaner with no gas in the tank. Reluctantly a service person took it two blocks to put some electric windows were stuck down. They kindly gave her a loaner with no gas in the tank. Reluctantly a service person took it two blocks to put some gas in it for her which took a half hour. Upon picking up her fixed car today she found out that her seats are soaking wet. So they left the car outside last night and it rained this morning. Nice. She called the dealership back and they did nothing. Terrible customer service and they treat your car poorly when you are paying for it to be worked on. We will not purchase nor service our vehicles there again. More

They showed me the new 2013 Honda Accord, and I'm thrilled about it. The technology in the car has come such a long way. It reminds me of more expensive high-end cars, with the keyless entry, backup camera, side camera, navigation, bluetooth, etc. The sales team acted like they had all the time in the world for me, even though I was there for about 3 hours being picky and changing my mind about colors and options. They had to re-work the paperwork twice while I settled on what I wanted, but they were completely patient and supportive of me getting the exact car I wanted and it being just right. What a great experience. More

I saw a Pilot Touring listed on the Internet by Willde at a very reasonable price and drove down from St. Petersburg . I'm glad that I did, because Michael made the experience very easy . He's extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and all the accessories and made the sale a pleasurable experience. I had been saving for a car and was anticipating a purchase sometime later this year. Through a casual conversation with a friend who purchases his cars through Wilde, and then seeing inventory on their website over a weekend, I decided to give them a call on a Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, I was test driving the Insight Hybrid I had called about earlier in the day...yes, they drove the car 2 hours to my work, and car swapped my potential trade in for appraisal!!! I had the Hybrid for 24 hours and loved it....I was sold! I spoke to the staff regarding what I wanted for monthly payments and I got what I asked :). I will definitely buy my next car from this group and have no problem recommending them to others. I had the privledge of receiving exceptional customer service from a young lady named Kelly Taylor when I inquired about a service appointment on Saturday, February 02, 2013. I called the Wilde dealershi service from a young lady named Kelly Taylor when I inquired about a service appointment on Saturday, February 02, 2013. I called the Wilde dealership hoping that an appointment would be available last minute - it was not - but the way Ms. Taylor approached my request was exceptional. She nicely and politely indicated that there were no available appointments "that day" but offered a future date - and would I want to be notified of any last minute cancellations - all in an effort to statisfy my original request. I provided a Yes answer to the last minute cancellation request and she verified my phone number. Two hours later Kelly had called back - offering a same day appointment that fit my schedule. Wow - Kelly actually cared and her follow-up and sincere demeanor made my day! When I arrived at the dealership I sought out Sales Professional Jeannie Stathas to tell her of my experience. Jeannie leased me the current Honda I drive and my trust in her business ethics are at pinnacle levels. Jeannie took the time and opportunity to introduce me to Kelly so that I could express my Thanks personally. I also received wonderful treatment from Service Advisors Guy and Gary. My encouragement to Wilde Honda ownership - please take the time to personally acknowledge Kelly Taylor for her professional attitude and approach to customers. Wilde Honda exceeded my expectations for buying a car. I’ve purchased a number of cars in my 60 years and this was by far the best buying experience. My wife searched the internet for a used 2012 Odyss I’ve purchased a number of cars in my 60 years and this was by far the best buying experience. My wife searched the internet for a used 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite with low mileage and found several to choose from. The team at Wilde (Michael Malmsbury and Kurt Wiskow) responded promptly to out inquiries and answered all our questions. The car was priced competitively with the others we looked at and I ended up flying from South Carolina and driving 8 hrs back to get the car there. It was a great decision. Kurt picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership, explaining the features of the vehicle along the way. Michael was ready with the paperwork as soon as I arrived and the process was seamless. There were no unexpected charge surprises as I’ve experienced at other dealers. The staff at Wilde was a cohesive team that made the entire process quick and painless. It was a pleasure to do business with people who are professional, ethical, and customer -focused. Be very careful when you buying used cars at Sarasota Wilde Honda. I bought a 2009 Honda Accord, when they show me the Carfax not accident reported, but after one year I went to another dealer to trade Wilde Honda.
