Kim was a pleasure to deal with. I got the best price at Wilde and Kim and her order specialist went to no small lengths to get me the specific vehicle I wanted and on time. Michael Malmsbury gave me an introductory tutorial on the 2014 Odyssey Elite with the option to come back once I had learned enough to ask questions about the technology functions that mattered to me the most. What tells the story best about the level of satisfaction you are likely to receive overall is their wall of staff pictures next to the brass bell by the door. The majority of the 20 or so staff members have been there 8 years, 20 years, 25 years. For a car dealership, that speaks volumes. The contentment of the staff and their commitment to customers was felt throughout my experience purchasing a car there. Will buy there again. More
