I felt lucky to be approached by Eduardo Gonzalez and I told him upfront I had not done any homework on Odyssey's as I was planning on buying from another manufacturer for a lot less, I thought, on a van with a bad reputation but I admired and had owned in the past. Eduardo listened carefully to what I desired and steered me to the van I would purchase a number of day's latter. I was never pressured in any way and after doing my homework on the Internet I discovered I was getting a great deal and I actually saved money compared to the other van I would have purchased. Negotiations went very smoothly and we both were happy with the results. The van was washed and fueled while I dealt with the transfer paperwork and before I knew it I was on my way home. The following morning I discovered the battery was worn out and the service department replaced it, no charge. Customer service above and beyond and to top it off I got a call from Eduardo a couple of days latter telling me he had personally picked up the valet key the original owners still possessed and had it waiting for me at the dealership. More

I was a little apprehensive about buying a car without my husband present as he passed away last year. I was glad that I never felt that salesman pressure I hate so much! I had the pleasure of working with Michael Malmsbury and Joe Doyle who answered any question I had. I walked out of there beyond happy with my purchase. I used Wilde for all the service on my car and every single time I was there both Michael and Joe would come over and chat. I had service done while on vacation in 2 other states. Ran into a little problem with the maintenance warranty I had and got on the phone. Joe and Michael immediately handled it for me. So 2 years AFTER the sale it was a no brainer who I was going to go see when I wanted to trade my car in. Again, beyond helpful and very attentive. They are my team for life and anyone who is looking for a car should absolutely consider seeing Michael and Joe at Wilde Honda. More

We were recommended to Michael Malmsbury by our friend and neighbor as we have found that is the best way to find the best of the best. Michael could not have been more professional, knowledgeable or sincere. He made us feel as we were one of his family members or a close friend. He took the time to answer so many questions and showed and let us drive multiple Honda modes . His expertise lead us to pick the new 2016 Honda Civic and my husband could not be happier with this car. Steve Himmel that we worked with in finance department made the paperwork and signing stress free. We could not have been more pleased with the service and staff of your Wilde Honda of Sarasota. Today one of our friends and neighbors is coming in to talk with Michael. Just a side note I brought our other car in for an oil change and the service department (Julia Poirer) was another breath of fresh customer service.
