My husband and I had been researching used cars for a couple months, looking for a Ford Focus, Ford Fusion or a Mazda 6 and we got a call from Greg Bauer, one of the Wilde Honda salesmen, about a Focus h couple months, looking for a Ford Focus, Ford Fusion or a Mazda 6 and we got a call from Greg Bauer, one of the Wilde Honda salesmen, about a Focus hatchback, 2012, 40,000 miles. (My husband had put in an online inquiry about the car.) From the first telephone conversation with Greg, Keith and I were impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, knowledge, and lack of "high pressure". As we went on the test drive of the Focus, we asked him about himself and the car, and other cars and found his breadth of experience (he'd worked in auto manufacture in Michigan before) and knowledge helpful. He totally got my husband's interest in a UAW made car, for example. He's low key in an effective way. He was a complete and refreshing contrast with a salesman and a manager we'd met the day before at a different dealership -- that salesman was not very knowledgable and the manager was too slick and non-disclosing to trust. Actually, having bought a few cars in the course of our 30 year union, my husband and I agree that Greg is the best car salesman we've ever dealt with. Finally, having used other consumer-based websites that allow you appraise the value of used cars, we feel very satisfied we got a fair deal on a used car from Greg and the dealership. More

Called for Jeannie left a message got a prompt response told her what I was wanting, said let me check it out and was back to me within the hour. I work for Goodyear as a service manager so we all know the importance of treating the customer right. . I told Jeannie that my previous experiences with buying cars were less than stellar and I prefer to buy a house over a car as it is that much of a hassle. Not with Jeannie, she was Yes all the way Mr Welch yes we can do that!!!! So fast forward by the next day we have come to an agreement on the options, price the whole nine. I told Jeannie I had an apt to test drive a vech in Clearwater with my mom to make sure it was what she wanted. The other dealership will remain nameless was pitiful late to take care of us for our scheduled VIP test drive, the sales guy comes over yapping on his cell phone, completely unprofessional, I told mom I would never do business with dealer X as they don't respect our time. So before we showed up for test drive I showed mom here's the figures we are trading your car in and she was like wow that's great all from Jeannie and crew at Wilde. Total time start to finish between phone calls, and emails maybe three hours , piece of cake. I requested some accessories be added window tint, trailer hitch, body side moldings, bug deflector. This was all arranged by Jeannie and delivery was set for our requested date August 29. They even drove the car to Us in Clearwater from Sarasota, nobody does that kind of service. Let me correct myself Wilde Honda. To say I was Wowed was an understatement, more like blown away.. I rate Jeannie and the entire staff at Wilde Honda in Sarasota Florida a 12 on a scale of 1-5. Job well done you EXCEEDED my expectations and then some. Other dealers need to learn from Wilde Honda. Jeannie is the epitome of stellar customer service. Wilde Honda is like the RITZ CARLTON of car dealers. When you want a Honda and want to be respected and treated fairly call Jeannie Stathas at Wilde Honda.
