A few days later we stopped by the dealer on a Sunday at closing time and by coincidence, Michael came outside to help us. He showed us two used, extremely clean vans, an EX-L RES and an Elite. It was late and raining so we didn't stay long. Later in the week I contacted Michael with questions about buying a new Odyssey and discussed leasing options, of which I knew nothing. Since I had made contacts at four other dealers in our vicinity, I continued to gather relevant info in my eventual decision to buy a new model instead of used. After contacting True Car and getting an idea of what offers were being accepted for the EX-L RES model, I called two dealers and made an offer that I deemed reasonable. Both dealers turned me down and the "mega-dealer" told me that the car could not be purchased for what I offered because it was under what the dealer paid for the vehicle. Michael returned my phoned-in offer and said that they could deal with me for an additional $300. We agreed over the phone and we drove through Hurricane Hermine to close the deal. Michael was ultra professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about Honda products and he made the buying process easy and painless. When we met with Joe Doyle for our financing options, we met another ultra professional, helpful and knowledgeable member of the Wilde staff. We were treated fairly, received a fair offer for our 16-year-old trade, and we weren't continually offered bottled water, which seems to be the latest sales hospitality gimmick used by dealers. This was our second purchase from Wilde in the past 14 years. It was a good decision back then, and I think a good decision now. Don't hesitate to call Wilde and ask for Michael Malmsbury when you need a vehicle. More

The price was fair and although I could probably get more selling it privately I didn't want the hassles. I met Carolyn Gill who had already researched my car and had all of the title information. Carolyn inspected the car and found a few things that might need attention. She then looked at what the same model car was selling for in the area. She then offered a price range and went to the manager to get us the best price. Carolyn went to bat for us and got us just what we were asking. When did a car salesperson ever do that for you. Carolyn is professional a seller advocate and a very nice person to deal with. When the time comes for us to purchase a new car you bet I'll be stopping at Wilde Honda in Sarasota. Thanks More

Hassle Free Purchase/Great Experience I was looking for a Honda Accord for my teenagers. I ran across one your dealership had on special on the internet. I called the dealership and spo I was looking for a Honda Accord for my teenagers. I ran across one your dealership had on special on the internet. I called the dealership and spoke to Bob Gregory a sales manager, he confirmed the car was still available and that the price advertised was the price. I arrived at the dealership the next morning at 8:20 am, When we arrived a salesman came out and greeted us.. He got the keys to the car we drove it and then went back inside and he pulled the file Bob Gregory put together from my phone call the day before. He went over the deal sheet and everything was exactly what as advertised. I then met with Joe Doyle in your business office and he reviewed everything with me and told me about some warranty and other options. I have purchased many cars in my life and i would have to say I had the best experience at your dealership. More

I was advised to come visit Wilde Honda and chat with Michael M. at Wilde Honda. I really didn't have anything to lose. Being a female coming to a dealership ALONE typically in the past has been daunting- I've been filled with big anxiety and dread, but arriving this time, from the man who met me in the parking lot, Dick Westby, to meeting and working with Michael Malmsbury, and Joe Doyle in financing, I can say it was a breath of fresh air. I was able to meet Jay and tell him of my experience there that day. I had a peace and calm that I haven't had before. I was completely put at ease. No anxiety! These men showed respect and didn't make me feel like I was an easy target. They gave me a more than fair trade-in for my little sick car and gave me a 2016 leased vehicle that will get me safely where I need to go and with zero worries. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me on Saturday. This was the **BEST** experience buying a car I have EVER had in my whole life! FACT!
