We texted, emailed and called Jack to help get everything we needed for the purchase of the car (this was amazing because I was able to do this as I was at work!!!) The only person you should ever purchase a vehicle from is Michael M. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful and pays attention to detail. It's almost as if he's the one picking out the car with you, telling you the pros/cons and facts. Not only did he go over-and-beyond in making our car-buying experience very easy, but he also made our used car seem BRAND NEW. He scrubbed a kool-aid spot out of the floor, a stain out of the seatbelt, and the dealership repainted a blemish to my satisfaction. There are other little 'easy fixes' he made to the car to seem more brand new to us that we never expected any salesperson to do. Michael made sure to have a SUPER detail job done on the car before he called us to pick it up - if it wasn't to his high standards, it wasn't done. You would think that Michael was done & we were finished since we purchased our car 2m ago. Due to Michael's thoroughness and thoughtfulness, he followed up w/me to see if I had received the owner's manual from them (since it was missing), which I hadn't yet. So he is now making sure I get that, which I totally forgot about & he didn't. More

My wife and I recently purchased a Honda from Wilde Honda of Sarasota and we are pleased to record our feelings about the experience and in particular to comment on the assistance we received from our Sales of Sarasota and we are pleased to record our feelings about the experience and in particular to comment on the assistance we received from our Sales Consultant Mr. Larry Briden. Larry Briden quickly established a working relationship with us which felt very comfortable. It was clear from the beginning that he had a long experience with Honda and knew his product very well. Working in a customer oriented and friendly atmosphere resulted in a rapport which persisted throughout the process of purchasing our Honda. Larry provided precise answers to our questions and gave us valuable background information regarding the vehicles which were of interest to us. On two occasions he came to the office on days off in order to accommodate our schedule. We didn't feel any of the pressure that is sometimes associated with automobile sales. In fact quite the opposite. Larry demonstrated considerable flexibility in the discussions of the price of a new vehicle and the value of our trade-in. He went so far as to introduce us to to the appropriate manager who was also involved in arriving at the final purchase agreement. All of this led to a certain level of confidence that we had achieved an arrangement which benefitted both sides of the sale and enabled Wilde to move a vehicle and gave us a new Honda at a fair price which we are already enjoying. In the future when we are ready to replace our Honda we will return to Wilde and we will certainly look to Larry Briden to assist us. More
