I have gone to Wilde Honda it`s about 2 weeks to check out some cars. My main reason was going there is I wanted to get a honda with a stick shift, but after talking with the sales person, who helped me a out some cars. Our experience working with Mr. Diego Barona was excellent! He was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend him as their salesman to my family and friends. I was very disappointed that the person in charge would not get the armrest fixed before purchasing the vehicle. I had to take the vehicle to the Chevy dealer to order the part and get it installed. The part/installation cost was $180.00. As your customer, this small gesture would have made a big difference in how I felt leaving your lot. Buying a vehicle for my daughter was a big deal and should have been a pleasant experience. I would think that customer satisfaction would be very important to Wilde Honda. More

They showed me the new 2013 Honda Accord, and I'm thrilled about it. The technology in the car has come such a long way. It reminds me of more expensive high-end cars, with the keyless entry, backup camera, side camera, navigation, bluetooth, etc. The sales team acted like they had all the time in the world for me, even though I was there for about 3 hours being picky and changing my mind about colors and options. They had to re-work the paperwork twice while I settled on what I wanted, but they were completely patient and supportive of me getting the exact car I wanted and it being just right. What a great experience. More
