This was my first experience at Wilde Honda, Sarasota, FL, having chosen them after comparing prices offered by four other local Honda dealers via the internet. Wilde beat them all by a substantial amount. I dealt with Diego Barona and found him forthright, thorough and sympathetic. He provided all, repeat all, the purchasing information via the internet including the trade-in value of my 2012 Honda Odyssey. I wanted no surprises when we showed up at the dealership. There were none, I went to Wilde Honda, Sarasota at 10am and left at 2pm with the new Odyssey paying the amount I was quoted. Diego was quick, efficient and forthright in everything. I then dealt with Joe Doyle, the finance person, and found him the same. Being a skeptic at heart after dealing with other car dealers, I was questioning everything during the process. I was ready to trade in my 2002 Honda Accord and knew that Jeannie Stathas would be the right person to talk to as she sold my family the car a little over 5 years ago. Jeannie works with another gentleman named David Misiewicz. Both of them genuinely care that you LOVE your car not just about a sale. I opted for the LX trim level but had the cloth changed out for beautiful ivory leather. They did an amazing job on the interior. You would NEVER know that it did not roll out of the Honda factory with leather in it. Truly a five star experience all around. Jeannie & Dave are the best! More

Prompt Response My 2008 Honda was totalled in an accident and I was looking to purchase a replacement. I did the internet request and Kim responded in 10 minutes muc My 2008 Honda was totalled in an accident and I was looking to purchase a replacement. I did the internet request and Kim responded in 10 minutes much to my amazement. She quoted me a very good price and I had to call another dealer to get another price. The other dealer didn't come close. Needless to say Kim was very understanding of our situation and proceeded to tell us about the cars. We were set on white as the color but they didn't have any in stock and would have to get from another dealer. At this time she said we have this one car on hand and please take a look at. It was the champagne frost pearl (beige) color and that looked great so with the great price and service we purchased the car. We wanted body side molding added which would mean a delay in getting the car. Deal was set for a 1PM pickup and unknown to us, that day was Kim's day off but she graciously came in and spent a good half-hour going over all the new stuff. She was very professional, knowledgable and just a joy to work with. It would be nice if all dealers were as friendly and caring. They made you feel like a valued customer. Great job Kim!! More
