From all my past experience, purchasing a car is always a daunting experience. From beginning to end my experience here was great. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. My last experience at a car dealership was frustrating and undermining, so I didn't relish the idea of having to go through this process again, but, I am a positive person and I determined to be more surefooted in my positioning this time. Right from the hello by Jeannie I started to sense this was going to be a fresh experience. I gave her my wish list, she passed it on to RG and he came back with a note that had one perfectly suited car for me --- the price was perfect, the model was perfect ,the color was perfect and the year was perfect. He had picked this "one" vehicle that had my name on it. I had done research prior to this visit and was thinking I would have to settle on a Civic, but RG came through with an Accord and I was thrilled. I appreciated that they valued my time as a customer, they didn't take me through the lot looking at a myriad of cars - they knew my needs and they exceeded my needs. Jeannie was so great at making what I thought was going to be a bit of drudgery a great, exciting time of buying my new set of wheels. This is such a big purchase, it should be a fun experience, and it was. After meeting with Jeannie for the purchase of my new 2011 Accord, I was introduced to Greg Cox for financing and warranties. I give Greg kudos as well because he didn't pressure me, as had been my previous dealership experience, to purchase things that I did not want. I was grateful that he respected my financial choices. So, way to go Wilde, a great team of people helped me get a marvelous deal, the perfect car for me and a very happy drive home! They focused on what would make me happy and I AM! Grace C More
My Ford lease was coming to an end so I spent a month researching lease options. Having read all the reviews from Car & Driver, Edmunds and Motor Trend I narrowed it down to 3 cars. From my internet inquiry to Wilde I was immediately contacted by Michael Malmsbury. He provided excellent information and attention to all of my many questions. He was patient and not in the least bit pushy as I worked through my options. He worked hard to find me the perfect car to fit my lifestyle and my budget. Once decided he made the leasing process so smooth. Then taking the time to patiently sit and drive in my new Honda and go over every detail/setting etc., even taking the time to connect my phone to Bluetooth and teach me how to program the voice command system. Then he went above and beyond, after filling my car with gas he drove it to drop it off at my place since I had my old car. Great experience. Great Staff. Thank you also to Stephen in financing for working so hard to make it all work. You guys are the best!! More

I had a recall notice from Honda Corp. on my Odyssey and the General Manager, Skip Strasberger really went out of his way to help me. (I cannot say the same for Honda Corp.!) The owner of the business that I work for is an acquaintance of Dean Palmer, and when he found out that I was in need of a car he was quick to act. I was so tired of searching and comparing and doing the research for so long, that when I called I explained exactly what I wanted, my budget, and that all I wanted was to have someone else do all the leg work for me. And that is exactly what Wilde Honda did. After only 5 minutes on the phone, and numerous questions, they had found my dream car and worked with my budget. I received a call from Kim, the sales representative, who said I could pick up my car only 2 days later. After years of wanting a Honda Pilot, and comparing to used, new, and leased cars, within 3 days I got my dream car. Everyone at Wilde Honda treated me like royalty. They didn't bother with the sweet talking, sales bits I have heard everywhere else I have gone, and for that I think I may be most thankful. They were more honest than any other dealership I have ever spoken to. I could not be happier with my purchase, and furthermore, with the experience I had with them. More

When we arrived at the dealership, everything was in order, no surprises, just as nice as could be, and the vehicle was in perfect condition. We had a very efficient meeting with the finance manager Stephen Morris. We drive over 90 minutes to purchase a vehicle from Wilde and we would not hesitate to recommend them. More

Finally, Joe Doyle (Business Manager) helped the final phase of my car buying experience by explaining all paperwork thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and informative. I will definitely recommend this team and dealership to all of my family and friends.
