When we chose our new van, Bob's knowledge of the technology was evident as he explained everything to us. He is most thorough. Thank goodness, he more than assisted to program the van's "computer" and repeated how this is done. His communication skills in person, emailing, and using the phone are exceptional which is so necessary to build confidence in a person. He is an asset to Wilde Honda. More
