I was three and a half hours away and he took great pictures before I made a long drive. He understands everyone's time is valuable not just his ( some other dealers would blow me off and tell me just to drive over and then they'd talk). Very professional unlike other dealers I had spoke with (been yelled at and cussed at for asking for some idea of finances before a day trip). Michael also wasn't your typical pushy car salesman. Very patient and understanding. I ended up buying a different vehicle that fit my family needs a little better but if in the future I need another vehicle or I have a friend or family member looking I will send them to Wilde Honda and have them ask for Michael Malmsbury! More

Highly recommend Eric Digruttolo I've always been hesitant to go to car dealerships for fear of getting taken advantage of (it's an unfortunate stigma that the industry has and I've b I've always been hesitant to go to car dealerships for fear of getting taken advantage of (it's an unfortunate stigma that the industry has and I've been sucked into it too!) Anyway, I felt SO comfortable here, and working with Eric was a breeze. He is so friendly and listened to me and my needs. I'm all over the place naturally and had lots of questions but he never made me feel like I was bothersome. He is responsive and even came in on his day off to test drive cars with me. I know that's just part of the gig but even if I had to come in on my day off I might seem slightly disappointed. Not Eric, he's a true professional and I'm so glad my internet inquiry turned out to having him as my salesperson. My past experience of buying a car at a different dealership included spending hours and hours waiting and test driving cars that I didn't even want but the dealer JUST KNEW I would fall in love with (nope!) I maybe spent a total of 2 hours at Wilde between test driving and chatting the first day and coming in to commit and do paperwork the next day. Easy peasy. I hope I don't have to go back for a while because I LOVE my new (well Certified Used) 2016 Honda Civic, but when I do I will definitely come back to Wilde Honda and I will be asking, no demanding, to work with Eric.
