AVOID GOING TO WILDE HONDA they had used honda accord for sale on their website. I drove 30 miles to there and sales person brought it out another car from their parking lot and told us the car I was looking for been sold two days ago. so I asked to talk to manager. Used car sales manger name Greg Bowers came to talk to me and his response tome was I am sorry but you should have call before you came in. Well in that case why they have website. The way Greg handled it was not nice. may be he is working with wilde honda for long time but for me he needs help in customer service. MY POINT IS IF YOUARE IN MARKET TO BUY USED CAR PLEASE AVOID WILDE HONDA IF YOU CAN, AND IF YOU STILL GO TO WILDE HONDA PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID GOING THROUGH USED CAR MANAGER GREG. Same old same old Patrick waited on me for an oil change & tire rotation. It took 2 hours to do. He informed me I had given a bad review last time. No offer of better s Patrick waited on me for an oil change & tire rotation. It took 2 hours to do. He informed me I had given a bad review last time. No offer of better service just attitude. I drove my car home. I noticed that the tire pressure indicator was on. This is the same issue I had last time you rotated my tires. I assume since you are a Honda dealer, your staff is trained in how to add air & reset the indicator. I will need to go elsewhere to get this done. I am most unhappy with this situation. I am not sure I will return for service. More
