Didn’t seem to matter that I was there. Whole service area did not really say anything or were very talkative. But will probably change to another dealership. There was no explanation of what was done when asked. The costs verbally stated and written on the intake form to me and what was on final invoice was different. The cost were lower for me but accuracy should be maintained. More
The person I worked with was kind! I came for a diagntic to find out what was wrong to make a future plan. Instead of providing information for a plan a problem via text was provided a I came for a diagntic to find out what was wrong to make a future plan. Instead of providing information for a plan a problem via text was provided and efficiently if I had $2,000 they could repair it in the next few hours. While I appreciate the efficiency to complete a repair i need time to make that financial decision and came back to get my car where payment was made - but I was shocked. Don't you want to go over the report with me? I had to ask my diagnostic report and ask if it would give me information? But I would have liked being walked through my report. Even if it's is “hey, here is your report, this is what we found, this is good, this is bad this needs to be done in the future” this info would be helpful to get the work done and plan ahead for future areas whether maintenance or parts - grategul I had a mechanic friend I could take my report to for info. Additionally I scheudled my apt and was told when I arrived they were going to need it for most if not all of the day even though over the phone they made it sound like I needed an apt to stay for 1hr. I wasn't prepared to stay there for a whole day and which this information would have been known prior to the apt. Grateful for the test, efficiency of service person and kindness but needed more info. Thanks! More
