I took my car in for an oil change, but they always check all the fluids, hoses, tires, etc. They let me know this time that the tread on my tires is getting low and that I should get new tires before the winter weather sets in. Such a good experience! I have been to others dealers and had the usual runaround. High interest rates. My credit score was a challenge. I had the opposite experience at Honda of Salem. I was in and out in 1-1/2 hours from start to finish. My salesperson Jeff is so great to work with. Made the whole experience easy and quick. Got me a good interest rate. Payments that I could afford. They made me very comfortable. The finance person I dealt with was also incredible. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. Don't waste your time with the others or go to Portland thinking that it's less expensive. This is the dealership for you. Anyone afraid they can't get approved give them a try. They treat you with respect and dignity. So refreshing! Ask for Jeff. More

So when we were ready to purchase our car we would not have considered going to a different salesperson. We love our new Honda CRV Touring and will be taking a 2 month cross country trip in the Fall. Worst customer sevice ever! Bought a vehicle from these guys in April. Within two days of driving it it started making awful noises and acted as though it wanted to die every tim Bought a vehicle from these guys in April. Within two days of driving it it started making awful noises and acted as though it wanted to die every time I came to a stop.Talked to the salesman who sold it to me and he said he would get me in to have it looked at and that he would call me back. Four days later I still hadnt heard anything. I sent him a text inquiring about it and he said "Oh they were supposed to call you". Ok well they didnt! He proceeds to tell me that Service Department was too busy to help him out and for me to give them a call. I did just that. No one answered the phone. I left a detailed voicemail and continue to call because I still hadn't recieved a call back. Three weeks later I get the car in to be looked at. Eric proceeds to tell me that they have to send it over to Chevy cause they can't work on it at Honda. Mind you I had my two small children with me. He told me that it could be five or six hours so they would give me a ride home. Give me a ride home!!! This is my only vehicle. I was left stranded the entire day with no vehicle to find out at 5:30pm that Chevy didnt even get to look at my car and it would at least be one more day. So now I'm without a vehicle and I am supposed to pay $125 an hour to have it diagnosed. I insisted they gave me a loaner car, which should have been offered to me in the first place! Or as Will said "Did you ask"? Should I have to ask! When it was all said and done the vehicle has multiple issues that of course aren't covered by warranty. At this point I am angry! A single mother of 3 children who worked hard to be able to get a new car that should have had zero issues. I am now on the line to pay to have all the work done. Where is the customer service in that? You sold me a 2011 vehicle that was never properly inspected, because if it would have been there would not have been issues two days after purchasing the car. Yes you covered the diagnostic charge from Chevy...but why? Because you know you are wrong! The sales manager wouldnt get on the phone at all! Talk about coward move on their part. More
