For example, we discussed questions such as: 1. who is a driver, does it meet your purpose to buy this car? 2. price range of the car, can you comfortably afford it? 3. features of the car, does it meet your requirements? 4. types of the car, what is the car's on-call history? I feel no-push for the car-buying experience, his recommendations really helped me to make the purchase decision. Therefore, I would rather call him “a sales consultant” than “a salesman”. Somehow he was the one who attended me every time I came to y I have had very good experiences with your service adviser Eric Bert in last few visits. Somehow he was the one who attended me every time I came to your service department. He's very courteous in his approach and quick in his task. Very helpful in my use of the store coupons but never push me into some needed service prematurely. Because of that type of approach he takes, the break service was done at right timing with use of coupon. This time I came for oil change but he explained to me that cabin filter and transmission fluid replacement is due soon. But he again was not forceful in telling me the need. So I got only oil change done but I'll come back to get these service done. More
Worth my time. My car broke down on the way to buy a car from Honda of Salem driving from Eugene. The salesman, Mitchel (Mitch) Colvin came and picked me up in the c My car broke down on the way to buy a car from Honda of Salem driving from Eugene. The salesman, Mitchel (Mitch) Colvin came and picked me up in the car I wanted to test drive. That wasn't the one I ended up buying, but it was very nice of him to rescue me. The worst part was agreeing on finances. This dealership doesn't negotiate prices, at least for the cars I looked at. It was against their policy or something. Also, I was told (3 times) that they wouldn't do hard credit checks, but Mr. Colvin's boss did 8 hard credit checks on me, as well as straight up ignoring what I wanted. I asked for estimates on some very specific situations and his boss kept giving him ones that would favor the company. It was very frustrating and extremely time consuming. Mr. Colvin was very nice throughout the process. I was at Honda of Salem for SIX HOURS though. I didn't get home until 10pm, not to mention in bed, and had to be up at 2:30am the next morning for work (as I well informed them a few times). I just wanted the estimates I asked for, but I would wait a long time, he would come back with a different one, I would wait a long time again.... Tony Owings and getting rescued are my two reasons for rating the dealership so high. After I had decided on a means of payment Mr. Owings found a way to save me thousands. He was also very polite and considerate, and understanding of the fact that I had slept maybe 8 hours in the last 48, having gotten up at 2:30 that morning for work. I think I asked him 3 or 4 times if he was sure I was approved and not pre-aproved. To say the least, I think Mr. Owens was a lot more people-savy than his coworkers and a gentleman. It was very nice being able to drive home that night in my own car, and knowing I was going to make it to work the next morning. More

Every single time I've had an issue (at this point, 4 issues since my car purchase 8 months ago), it has been covered by either their warranty or the power train warranty. It is like pulling teeth to get them to admit to it being covered, and they always try to insinuate first it's something that you personally could have done to cause the issue. Specifically, ROBERT is extremely rude, unprofessional and snarky, with zero customer service skills. More
