Great Experience! Went to Salem Honda looking for a newer, used car for our daughter. It was early evening and we had a gentleman named John Steward come to ask us if Went to Salem Honda looking for a newer, used car for our daughter. It was early evening and we had a gentleman named John Steward come to ask us if he could help. John was at the end of what we found out was a very long day. However, he took the time to show us many used vehicles which fit our parameters. We went back the next day and John was able to fit our daughter into a Honda which should last her a long time. Through the entire sales process, lot to financing, John was respectful and answered any questions we had. We would definitely go back to Salem Honda! More

Expect Long Waits for Finance I had an appointment scheduled with Jeff my salesman to finalize the purchase we had worked out over the phone and I didn't have financing. I expecte I had an appointment scheduled with Jeff my salesman to finalize the purchase we had worked out over the phone and I didn't have financing. I expected at most a 1 hour visit total. I got there and Jeff handled his end as quickly as possible and then I waited, and waited, and waited. Your finance department had only one individual working that night and 1 hour turned into 3 and a half hours. Once I finally got into the finance department we zipped through the papers in about 7 minutes, which I greatly appreciated. If I hadn't had a vehicle locked down and paid for in cash I could have very easily seen myself leaving and going elsewhere, especially had it been a new Honda where I'm sure I could get a price matched. Overall the car is great, was nice and clean, and had a full tank of gas. Jeff did his best and I know it frustrated him with the wait as well. I don't think I'll ever purchase from a Lithia dealership again due to my negative experience. Thank you More

Service is closed before the hours say on the sign! We drove our 2012 Honda Crosstour to have the Oil change on 8-13-16 at 3:45 pm. The sign on the Door to the service department showed that the servic We drove our 2012 Honda Crosstour to have the Oil change on 8-13-16 at 3:45 pm. The sign on the Door to the service department showed that the service hours on Saturday Open until 4:30 pm. My wife went in and asked to have the oil changed, and the employee said that "they close the service at 3:30 pm so the employees can get off work by 4:30 pm. WOW what GREAT Customer Service!!! What ever happened to the day of taking care of your customer? It is not at Honda of Salem More
