Phillip was very nice to work with, not pushy. I have not had good experiences with Honda in the past, both personal and professionally. This experience was much better. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am a woman, an immigrant, and have no knowledge about car service, that's why I was fooled by the 'Honda of Salem' for this none-pre-authorized I am a woman, an immigrant, and have no knowledge about car service, that's why I was fooled by the 'Honda of Salem' for this none-pre-authorized / misled charges. NEVER heard before that I will have to show up in person to get my reimbursement check “to ensure it won’t get lost” disregard how far away I am? REALLY??? After I pointed out the service mgt, Brant Plaster, was not sincere, who I argued with more than an hour, he got mad and made me felt being further threatened. He “warned” me not to go back to his place for future services, which was already paid for as part of my new car purchased agreement. NOW I AM REALLY CONCERNED THE SAFETY OF MY CAR - HOW I CAN BE PEACEFULLY GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE TO HAVE THEM COMMIT MY CONTRACT THAT I ALREADY ENTITLED??!! I will make it RIGHT disregard what it would take! NEVER met a business turned down their customer in such unprofessional way – awful customer service will only drive your business to a DEAD-END PERIOD! More
