Two separate parts orders had to come from Portland. Price was reasonable for the work done. Would recommend them for any HOnda repair/service. More

Oil change I came in for an oil change. Delvin Humbyrd was my service advisor. He was extremely pleasant and very specific with his questions and his information I came in for an oil change. I hate "have-tos" but this was a pleasant experience and inspired confidence in the workmanship and professionalism of this dealership. Sometimes, you wonder if your oil and filter really WERE changed (this has happened to me) - not something I worry about here. More

Positive Experience! We were initially greeted and provided customer service by Devlin, as we went in for car lube service. He was very attentive and friendly. I would label our experience as "excellent customer service" When we returned to pick up our vehicle, we were greeted by Brant Plaster. He went over some of the service recommendations based on the mileage and they were able to fit me into the schedule the same day for the transmission fluid change. I was past the recommended mileage and was glad it could be taken care of the same day before I went on a road trip. Overall, I was very pleased and would highly recommend the service department at Salem Honda. More

Playing games on his phone?!?! Went in with my Girl friend to look for a civic hatchback to test drive. Oscar one of the dealers came up to talk to us. He said they didn't have one it stock and would give me a call when they did. After that I asked him if it was possible to order parts and tried to look for a website I found online. At that moment he completely showed no interest in me as a customer as I could clearly see and hear him play games on his cell phone as I tried to look up the website I was talking to him about. My girlfriend has been a loyal customer for over five years which was the reason I came there. Even she was shocked by the complete rudeness of this dealer. Will not be giving him my business when the time comes to buy a car from Honda of Salem. Hopefully there are a few honest/compassionate dealers left at this location. Seems like if they can't sell you a car on the spot they lose all interest in you. Sad how car dealer stereotypes are more than just a myth. More

No one was trying to force something we did not want on us and they stayed late so we could do all the test driving and answer all the hundreds of questions we had. Thanks Salem Honda! More
