I don't mind making appointments over the phone with a computer, but I would prefer the option to speak with a real human being. Other than that, the service has always been good, however - if I could cho computer, but I would prefer the option to speak with a real human being. I also wish you would give your employees a way to input services done on the car that were completed at other locations, so I wouldn't have to explain it every single time, other than that, I have enjoyed working with your team. Doesn’t take care to return your vehicle back in the same condition it was left in. My vehicle was ransacked with various contents strewn about during a prior recall service. Customer service has declined at this location & I’m uncertain why. For example, lately prior services (e.g. coolant flushing) that are done are not recorded & the next time I come in they tell me it ne uncertain why. Recommendations for needed services are not shared or noted while I’m at the service center & I’ve only found out after reading the paperwork when I get home. I had to make 2 repeat visits last summer due to lack of communication about needed services from the service rep. I’m disappointed. The communication & service used to be better & I’m considering driving 35 miles to another dealership to see if customer service is better. Staff is friendly and check in is smooth, but the lack of internal tracking on the dealership’s end about what services I’ve already obtained recently from them & lack of direct communication about additional services needed imminently is troubling.
