Recall visit I was called by Kristin Smith in service to schedule recall work. She was great to work with. Explained everything and lined up a loaner. She called the following day with update and to let me know a part needed to be ordered. Day of pickup also went smoothly.. The next day I noticed that my steering wheel had been damaged. I sent Kristin an email and she immediately got back to me letting me know she notified her supervisor. She called later to give me the plan to fix my steering wheel.
