THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Mitch was very helpful in getting us out our multiple recall Ford Focus (2012) and into a brand new 2019 Honda HR-V!! My fiance and I got screwed fr Mitch was very helpful in getting us out our multiple recall Ford Focus (2012) and into a brand new 2019 Honda HR-V!! My fiance and I got screwed from a purchase at another dealership. We found after the purchase that our Ford Focus had been in a unreported front end collision with multiple recalls; from the door handles to sensors and even the ongoing federal lawsuit for their CVT and its consistent failure. We went to Mitch and explained to him our situation with the vehicle (what I just explained above) and told him we had a lot of negative equity on the Ford. Before continuing, I have worked as a car salesman; Mitch knew of that. Together we came up with a great plan to help my fiance and I get a brand new car and not be burried in a ridiculously high monthly payment for the car. My fiance and I are super happy with our new HR-V we have had to come up with a schedule as to who gets to drive it to work next! We already had an SUV, so we thought of testing the Honda Fit. Paul was a good listener and when the Fit didn't meet our needs, he was willing to work with our price range and show us some used Civics. We were not pressured to make a purchase right away and even looked at some newer models. In the end Paul was able to show us a 2019 Civic that had the safety technology we never thought might be as important as we now feel about it. The purchasing part was as smooth as it could be when buying a new car. There was some limited haggling, but they matched Beaverton Honda and their price. To top it off, Paul and his associate drove and delivered the car to our house when it was done being washed. He showed me how to set the new technology on the car which was very helpful. More
