RJ, Cisco (previously Brant) Just purchased a 2019 Honda HR-V Touring AWD with 6 miles. The purchase was easy. RJ was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened and didn't try HARD sell to get me to purchase. He's also a funny guy with a big heart. The purchase did take 4 hours but I've had the process take pretty long with any car purchase. I got exactly the car I wanted. Cisco called me the next day to check in. Previously during a maintenance visit the technicians found a leak in my proportioning valve. (never heard of it) I wanted to get another estimate. Brant and the technicians told me about the very unsafe situation and Brent worked dollars with me so that I was convinced it was the right thing to do and didn't "drive off the lot." I did find out it was an extremely dangerous problem and am glad I got it fixed. I have also been positively helped by the service department recommendations. More

Brant in service is amazing I normally don’t write reviews but I was really pleased with my service advisor Brant at the Honda service department. I’m old and nobody wants to take the time to help me when I have questions about my new car and all the new fidgets and gagets. Brant sat with me and calmly helped me for almost an hour. He never seemed frustrated or in a hurry and that really means a lot to me. I’ll tell my kids and grandkids to go see him and the lady’s at cards night. More
