We took our car in to find the source of a leak in the ceiling. They decided it was the result of a soda spraying all over my car (which has NEVER happened!). They would not listen to how the stain showed up or investigate further. When I picked up my car it was parked exactly where I had dropped it off that morning. They had not moved it - clearly only opened the door and briefly looked! This car is under warranty and I expected at least the courtesy of doing a mediocre job. This was ridiculous. More
We were a bit unsure if the repair would work because I've never had any problems with the electrical system where the symptoms changed day by day. I never heard back anything so I called backDecember and called twice and order to hear anything back and finally messaged me back on December 21 saying it was covered by warranty but that it was back ordered and that she would give me a call once they have it. She did not explain to me that there was $100 deductible she sent me a screenshot of paperwork I signed but never verbally explained to me that I had $100 deductible She just told me that I had to put the address down of where I was going for my Lyft ride home and told me to wait on the other side of the wall so luckily I had the funds for it but communication about deductible or any money service is going to cost I think is highly important for the customer More
