Thanks for the great service I called in a few weeks ago looking for a price quote on some services on my Honda Pilot and got to speak with the manager Branton. At the time he ref I called in a few weeks ago looking for a price quote on some services on my Honda Pilot and got to speak with the manager Branton. At the time he refused to give me a price on anything other than the cost of the oil change and tire rotation, which really made me mad, I am trying to call around and get quotes so I can compare prices. He explained to me that he doesn’t give our prices over the phone for this very reason and asked me to think of it a little differently. He said if you where getting surgery would you choose the cheapest surgeon in town to do the work? Or the best qualified surgeon? He promised me that if I came in they would do a check on my pilot make sure I actually got what the vehicle needed and he would give me all the coupons and savings he could offer me. I had 3 other quotes for the work so I was waiting for the other shoe to drop when they showed me the price estimate. When I arrived I asked for him and he was all smiles, and really focused on me and gave me his attention. He made me feel like I was the center of the world, all the while the service area was very busy and hectic. He introduced me to One of his teammates Joe and he checked me in. In about 35 minutes Branton came back with the report and the dreaded quote! To my surprise the quote he had was actually right down the middle of all my other quotes except the timing belt replacement was about $390 cheeper than all the other quotes I got! I was very surprised and felt much better about getting my pilot serviced there than any other shop I had called. I’m glad he convinced me to come in and see him, he really took care of me and I really appreciate that. Being a single woman I always feel uncomfortable at dealerships because I feel like I am going to be taken advantage of, but that is not how I felt here, not at all! I am also a college student and have to keep a budget so him helping me with all the coupons really helped. I will definitely recommend Branton to my friends at willamette university and I am very happy. More

Cesar had great knowledge about the 2019 Pilot, and was able to show the vehicle without having high pressure tactics. He was able to complete the initial sales transaction with minimum delay. We felt that the agreed prices for the trade-in and final sales price was fair. Sales manager Scott Johansen also did a great job, having the necessary paperwork completed in our absence to make the signing process held to a minimum time. Both Cesar and Scott made the sales process a pleasurable one, bringing a feeling of trust to the dealership. We'd highly recommend Lithia. More
Our 2011 Pilot Touring got a new airbag inflator-FAST! I waited for 30 minutes or so, while the gang in the service area replaced a recalled passenger side inflator - for safety reasons. That gave me a few minutes to browse the showroom floor - where I saw an amazing CRV in Lava red (to die for), and then looked towards the west end of the showroom and found a new 2019 Passport - this was new to me - Let's just say that I checked it over really good. Beautiful in Bright White with big black wheels - I had no idea this new line of SUV's was coming out. This is one fine "people-carrying SUV". Man, makes a decision for a replacements Honda even harder. Gonna have to give this Big Boy a consideration. Please don't buy a new SUV without looking at this vehicle. the best I've seen so far. New civic Went to refinance a car we already had, instead Richard got us a great deal on a new vehicle. Only complaint is how long we had to wait for financing. He doesn’t have the big candy bowl anymore which is something you should bring back! But he still makes sure I’m taken care of and gave me a thank you card yesterday that he hand made and it had a Starbucks gift card in it.
