Disappointed I get there and the car I was looking at online of closing the previous day was gone by opening of the next. When Cisco couldn’t find the car I wanted... drove up and offered me a car they got THAT day. xxxx was sounding ROUGH and had the previous owners trash EVERYWHERE. I was so offended I had to laugh. I took it in this morning per Brant's recommendation and I worked with Kristen in the Service Department. Kristen was so easy to work with, and has an excellent attitude. They had the part on hand to fix it and she updated me extremely quickly through the process. I'm relieved it was a warranty covered repair, but if anything else should go wrong with my car I would take it right back to Kristen. More

Good job—but took too long I like the coffee and tea, the children’s room is very nice, and I appreciated being able to get some emergency diapers out of the van halfway through I like the coffee and tea, the children’s room is very nice, and I appreciated being able to get some emergency diapers out of the van halfway through—but a simple oil change took two hours and that seems a little excessive. It was busy that day, but it seems like scheduling may have been the issue and they were possibly overbooking. More

Honda of Salem had one and I called and spoke with Briana White. My first question was, is the body in good condition, minimal dents and good paint. She said yes, so we drove an hour and 15 minutes to see the car hoping to buy it on the spot. We had an envelope full of cash with us. Well, the car was an absolute piece of crap, loaded with dents, dings, paint problems, and so much more wrong with it. When you closed the drivers door I thought the window was going to break inside the door, it rattled so much. So, what did we do...we said thank you, we are taking a pass and started to leave. I am actaully quite surprised that a dealership of their stature would even have this car on the lot, it should have been wholesaled out. At that point Briana said wait a minute please and went inside to get her manager, whose name I forgot, a Hispanic gentlement. He started doing a number on me as to how the car was great, "you are buying a used care not a new one, Chrysler's all rattle as they are xxxx cars, and on and on. My wife and I just looked at him and could not believe his demeanor and how rude and outright aggressively insulting he was. We had to leave immediately or I might have cold cocked him. He reminded me of the old cartoon characture of the typical used car salesman. This man should be fired and Lithia corporate should be embarassed by him, as I am sure the corporate culture of todays auto dealers has changed and this clown is a mockery of that dealership. I am Carl Eisenberg - a New Yorker that recently moved to Oregon, and us New Yorker's do not take kindly to these kind of sales tactics or people. Stay clear of the used car department at Honda of Salem. Note to Lithia Regional Manager, you should take a look at this guy as he sure as xxxx is not the quality of sales manager that an industry giant like you wants representing you. 😒 More
