As always, the dealership tries to over-sell. I was told that my brakes were at 2mm and was given an estimate. I stopped by Les Schwab and they told me my brakes were at 4 and 5mm. I don't trust many of the service reps at Honda of Salem anymore. Robert was the best, but he left. I have had a good experience with Mauricio, and now Andy seems like someone I could work with again in the future. More

We took our car in to find the source of a leak in the ceiling. They decided it was the result of a soda spraying all over my car (which has NEVER happened!). They had not moved it - clearly only opened the door and briefly looked! This car is under warranty and I expected at least the courtesy of doing a mediocre job. This was ridiculous. More
