We are disappointed to see your response. After Brock contacted our service team 9/7 the Service Department arranged having him come in immediately to have the vehicle inspected. Brock arrived shortly after. Upon review of the vehicle, it was clear that the undercarriage was covered in mud, dirt, scratches, red paint, and the aluminum protection plate has suffered an impact that had put it in direct contact with the exhaust. We are unable to determine when this damage occurred nor who may have been driving the vehicle, only that the 8”x 6” aluminum oil filter plate (not the plastic belly pan) was missing. Regardless of the vehicles condition and the damage observed, our team agreed to replace the missing part at no charge. Once the missing part had been correctly identified, and it posed not safety or performance concern, our team promptly had the part placed on an overnight order and informed Brock to return the next day when the part arrived to have it installed. Brock agreed and returned the following day (9/8) at which time the part was installed at no charge. During a conversation Jordan had with the General Manager on 9/8 she requested to be refunded for her lifetime oil contract. The request was approved, and the refund has been processed 9/8. Our team has fulfilled your requests and addressed your concerns promptly and respectfully. Our intention was not to pass blame nor to make assumptions, simply to communicate our observations of the vehicles condition.
