Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly, made us feel welcomed and was happy to help us. Justin listened to us on what we were trying to accomplish and made it happen for us. We had just left another dealership and the experience was night and day. We are so pleased with the buying experience from Honda of Salem they will be our dealership for life. We bought our Honda and have had absolutely no problems with the car. Unfortunately for us, we were talked into the “free oil changes for life” package. The incompetence and unprofessionalism of these empl with the car. Unfortunately for us, we were talked into the “free oil changes for life” package. The incompetence and unprofessionalism of these employees is absolutely unreal. We went to get an oil change and they forgot to put the entire cover back on the underneath of our car! Luckily my partner realized it and called them to ask them to fix it. They tired over and over again to blame us! He had to leave work to bring the car in to prove it was missing. And yet, the still lacked accountability. They showed him the mechanic that forgot the piece just to further extend more confrontation?? They then continued to argue with him claiming that “all these scratches” shows that it fell off???? If it fell off then they still wouldn’t have put it on correctly in the first place. For an hour they blamed my partner, lied to his face, and tried their absolute best to prolong the confrontation. Acting as though we are ridiculous for being upset about their obvious mistake. They agreed to replace the part they lost, but refused to clean or mend the damage that has been done to the car due to their mistake. They told him they had the part on hand when he specifically asked and they did not. Absolute incompetency. Argumentative, unprofessional, and complete lack of accountability on Honda’s end. This will be the LAST new Honda we buy from any dealership. Horrible experience. It is honestly completely unreal. It really shows that they couldn’t have cared less about their customers. The damage they have caused to our car is extremely worrisome and their lack of effort or care to fix it is even more. Extremely disappointed with Honda as a whole. Chris Wright was the gentleman who “helped” my partner. His actions elongated and prolonged our troubles we’ve had. He seemed to enjoy the confrontation and put the blame onto us. This wouldn’t have been an issue had he decided he wanted to fix the mistake and hold himself and the other mechanics accountable. More

Jeff Jaynes is amazing, he is knowledgeable, efficient and makes each experience simply the best! He has remained connected with us over the years and continues to deliver quality service and listens to our needs as a growing family. With our oldest son getting ready to drive in a year and half we are already discussing a plan for his vehicle. Matthew Rader in Finance is also dynamic!
