The experience while there was just okay. I got the text about using text to communicate. I sent a text asking for an update and never heard back. She said she'd call me either the next day or the following week to schedule the vehicle to go in to be fixed since she said what was wrong is covered by warranty, but it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything. She never followed up with me like she said she would. So her communication is pretty poor. More
