He provides efficient and very good customver service which I appreciate. Jim Miller was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Derrik Battle went out of the way to calm me and help me resolce an issue I had with my payment. I appreciate all the extra effort and reassurance he gave me. Everyone was very very friendly. While I was sitting in the waiting area I was treated like a king. They asked me if I would like water coffee and so on. The service department opened promptly at 7am and my car was first in line for service. Angie was great in her hospitality and offered complimentary coffee and bagels.
