I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at this dealership. Our sales person Dan Delvecchio was very patient with our kids making a lot of noise while we were discussing the details. He provided with very good walk through of the car features and explained things clearly. He was able to come back with a competing offer and give us all the accessories asked for - without additional costs. He exceeded our expectations when we saw the remote starter attached to the van. Derrek, the finance manager, was very efficient with the paper work and had us out in 1 hr on Friday evening. This dealership does not have the typical chaos that you see at other Honda dealerships. Maybe it is the location but I am sure it is due to the way things are organized. More

I love Honda of Princeton and I love my Honda. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to save me money and make me happy. The new showroom is wonderful! From the moment I meet Chris Zimmerman to the end of my visit where I was introduced to Maria the cashier, I was treated like family. I enjoyed talking to Chris and Maria. This dealership has honest and professionals working for them. I was thinking about purchasing an Acura but after seeing the new Hondas and the welcoming way I was treated today, I would have to be out of my mind to ever want to go any place else! I had a very satisfactory experience at Honda of Princeton,when I had my 2005 Honda Pilot serviced.The Service advisor,Jeffrey Szymoniak was very courteous,friendly and service oriented.He expalined Princeton,when I had my 2005 Honda Pilot serviced.The Service advisor,Jeffrey Szymoniak was very courteous,friendly and service oriented.He expalined the scope of work,the amount of time and went over the charges in detail. The Cashier,Maria was another great staff,who has a friendly smile.She had a good suggestion about getting my email in the records,to help me avail the great offers and service specials. Finally,a word about the sweet lady(waitress) in the waiting room for customers.She was polite and friendly. Overall a nice experience! More
We had been contacted by a number of dealerships to consider relinquishing our 2010 Honda Accord for a new leased model. I was not certain whether I would pursue it, but then received a call from Alys consider relinquishing our 2010 Honda Accord for a new leased model. I was not certain whether I would pursue it, but then received a call from Alyssa Rodriguez urging that I come into the dealership. Himanshu Parikh then sat with us and reviewed possible lease or purchase options. He then urged us to test drive the 2013 Honda Accord. I would say that the changes in the Accord sold itself, but Himanshu's enthusiasm and knowledge pushed us forward. We met Evan Perreault and left the dealership with an understanding of the cost. While the attention had been constant, it was not heavy handed at all. After a few days we returned and worked out details with Himanshu. Jim Miller was very helpful in finalizing the lease documents. This is I believe the 9th car we have purchased or leased and the process was by far the easiest and most pleasant. More
