I will NEVER buy anything here I bought CRV here and during the process it was so much stress, lies and sarcasm: I was told that most of 2015 colors are present, when we fina I bought CRV here and during the process it was so much stress, lies and sarcasm: I was told that most of 2015 colors are present, when we finalize on price I was given a vehicle which has considerable miles on it. I was told this the last vehicle in given color. When I said I don’t want it, then suddenly they said they have one more. Not sure if they have given same vehicle or it was another one. Finance person was saying its few cents a miles so why can’t I take that.. Interior of the vehicle was not clean. ~$2700 for extended warranty was told that I can cancel anytime within 60 days and no charge for you. - Lie. When I went for cancellation within 60 days I was told that depending on the miles I will be prorated I was told that Bank loan can be paid off in full at any time and no penalty for early payment. When I was about to pay all I was told that I can do that only after 90 days. I was told car wash is free but after few months I went for it, they told me it is free when you do servicing with us. This is not mentioned while they advertise that car wash is complementary. More
Top-Notch Customer Service - Quality Cars; Quality People Top 10 Reasons You Should Go to Princeton Honda #10-From my initial phone call- which was an inquiry about what was probably the least expensive and Top 10 Reasons You Should Go to Princeton Honda #10-From my initial phone call- which was an inquiry about what was probably the least expensive and perhaps the oldest vehicle on the lot- Princeton Honda’s personnel offered assistance, respect, patience and knowledge. #9-Lot is immaculate – creates a great backdrop for their inventory. #8-The gentlemen who clean used vehicles must practice some sort of magic; they made my “new” ten-plus-year-old van look like it just came off the assembly line. #7-This dealership has found the magic formula for greeting customers: no “vultures” swooped upon us, but we were politely asked if we needed help in finding something or someone. #6-Impressive inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles. #5-They offered to pick me up!!! Refer back to the beginning folks—this was not a sale for the ‘Big Bucks’ – yet the level of customer service was unwavering. #4-Chris Wells (F&I) was a pleasure with which to work: knowledgeable and informative without being pushy (though he missed his calling as a photographer…visit and you’ll understand). #3-Elizabeth answered the phone and my first questions- as the vehicle recently appeared, there were few pictures; she offered to go take pictures with her phone and text them to me – exceptional! #2-Michael Serra answered a few additional questions; his personable and easy manner set a positive tone for the experience. And the #1 Reason You Should Go to Princeton Honda-John Wilson – what a class act! I knew there had to be “some southern” there as he is the “Southern Gentleman” personified! He is He knows his cars, he knows the business and he obviously enjoys the work that he does – and a very important part of his work is to ensure a positive experience for customers when seeking (and hopefully purchasing) the right vehicle. John will make you feel as though you brought a friend along to help you find the right car – hard to top that! More
Could not have hoped for a better experience! I walked in pretty sure I wanted a 2015 Civic and decided to go for a rest drive. I met Meghan and found her very friendly and knowledgable. She answered all of my questions and set up a time for me to come back to discuss pricing later in the week. Meghan worked hard and I paid a great price for my new car. It was relatively stress/pressure free. Meghan took time to show me how to use all the new features on my car and helped me set up some preliminary settings. Between the test drive, negotiations, trade in, insurance change, finance and delivery I spent about 4 hours at the dealership. I consider that very reasonable. Meghan treated me fairly and I would recommend everyone visit her first. Especially if you've had bad experiences at other dealerships, stop at Honda of Princeton and visit Meghan first. Between the quality of Honda as a brand and the quality of service Meghan provided, a well informed consumer really can't go wrong! More
i got ripped off two times. last december and this past june, my pilot had tire air leak two times. both times, i took it to Honda of Princeton, since it's close to my home. bo last december and this past june, my pilot had tire air leak two times. both times, i took it to Honda of Princeton, since it's close to my home. both times, my car was drivable. but i was told both times that the tire cannot be repaired and had to be replaced, which cost me close to $200. as my luck goes, this month, i got a flat tire, totally flat (not like the past two times, that i could still drive). i had to call AAA to put my temporary tire on. since this happened at work in Bridgewater, NJ, i cannot go to Honda of Princeton. i found a store near where i work, and this suburban tire store was able to repair it for me for a little over $30. now, the worst situation cost me $30+, while the two better situation cost me almost $200 each time, what does that mean? Honda of Princeton makes easy money replacing tires instead of repair them! More

New CR-V I contacted the dealership through its website to make an offer on a new 2015 CR-V in the color and trim level I wanted. I did this because another local dealership from which I had purchased a previous vehicle had not followed-up and I had called them several times and sent several emails with no response. At Honda of Princeton I received an immediate response via email, a follow-up call and very rapid response to my request for information. I made an offer for the vehicle with options installed and within a day I had confirmation. We made an appointment, were introduced to Dan Corcillo and struck a deal. The paperwork was straightforward the follow-up, exceptional and the entire process flawless. In fact, everyone was so professional, pleasant and responsive that when I went to pick-up the car and afterwards I received not less than 5 calls or emails from the various people we interacted with to thank us for our business. We also got a thank you note, and a second call from Dan. It was the easiest purchase I have ever made and frankly, I should've worked with this dealership all along. More
Best car purchase experience This was the first time I bought a used car since 20 years ago. I purchased a Certified pre-owned Honda Civic for my daughter. Overpriced and Slow Traveling thru I thought it would be cheaper and fast but, I was told a lower price but final charge was much higher. Upon visiting them they told me they cannot give me anything more than $200 which was big waste of time. They didnt even look at anything and just wanted to call customer and waste their time.
