I had a 9 am appointment. While waiting they took 2 other people before me who didn’t have an appointment. When they finally got to me it was 9:30 I was rudely spoken to by a man who told me they were short handed and that it would take at least 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I asked if someone could drive me home, I was told no, they were short handed again It took them 3 hours to finish my car, in that time no one came to give me any updates I only knew they were done because I saw my car in the parking lot More
